Chef Mukda Sakulclanuwat born and raised in Thailand . She is a self taught Chef. This is where she learned and love traditional Thai cuisine. Having opened several successful restaurant in Thailand, Chef Mukda decided to follow her dream to America. Here in NYC, she has had the opportunity to work with some of the world's top chefs. Chef Mukda cooked along side with Iron Chef of Thailand Ian kitti Chai at the famed Thomson Hotel. Today she show case her passion and love of Thai cuisine at Blu Orchid Thai Kitchen in Sunnyside.
